A bug in a mission TRIP WITH ANNA (Metro Exodus)

In the second mission TRIP WITH ANNA there is a place where you go out and see a lot of running away monsters. After that you need to approach the ledge and to help his wife to climb. The problem is that it is almost not moving. What to do?

If standing under a ledge, then approach it and press [E] if frozen elsewhere, then it is a bug, restart the game/mission.
