How to play with the \"tools\" on the normal maps? (Spintires: MudRunner)

Is there any way to add tools from testing modifications in a single game and play with them on standard maps, or move the map to test modifications?

The issue has been resolved, and I spoke about testing modifications: when you come to a single game - a test of modifications, you get on a map where you can spawn the car, my day at night, etc. using the developer tools.
