Can't comfortably play/Metro/Apex (Metro Exodus)

Guys help me to understand what was going on. The computer did not seem weak - video 1050ti .RAM 8 GB
But the game pulls not much,on low graphics and play in the subway and in the apex. Apex more or less can play but the subway problem,all settings put to minimum but still not comfortable. I read on the forums with the same characteristics play without problems. Maybe I something doing wrong?tell me if anyone knows
