Addon \"PerkLoadoutManager\" does not work (Fallout 76)

wants to work PerkLoadoutManager even after upgrading from nexus and tracing in a custom ini won't save, but builds downloads. The addon says error go to the nexus and upgrade.. please Tell me may be doing something wrong?
