Constant crashes and sometimes BSoD (Metro Exodus)

Frequent oyaen't flunk out of the game without any reason. And if you leave the game on pause for a while can fly a BSoD or the game will hang with a computer tightly.
My config: Fx8300 4.2 GHz, 8 RAM 1866 MHz R9 285 2 GB is the game on W/e Version from CPY)))

Today started playing the Volga, a few hours of any departure. True vertical sync set to half (30 fps). And even pulled medium settings at 1080p.

The stone is heavily loaded under 100% on all cores

I downgraded in power supply
Maximum performance at 90%

see screenshot
Control panel\System and security\power options\ Edit plan settings\ Change advanced power settings\
The power management processor\
Maximum processor state: 90%

Don't know maybe someone will help .
All left to play )
