Diary/quest Log PC (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Did not get to open the diary. Indicated in the management of the J button, but clicking on it leads to nothing, put extra Insert button - no result. While standing, sitting, and riding a horse, and in camp, and not camp - all tried - no result. Progress passing - 3 Chapter. Performance is no problem.

Upd. Do wildly weird stuff, loaded my save game from the very beginning of the game-there's a diary working in my save game -no.
