The problem with the brakes (My Summer Car)

All the problem lies in the fact that they have brakes don't work, noooo I have the opposite brake on the whole time. They seem locked. Making Satsuma start to go, and it immediately stalls because not enough speed because the brakes locked and the speed is not gaining and stalls. What can I do with this problem?
