Will. Offline, the simulator uses an old-fashioned autogen to fill in the missing data from the server. The altitude map, navigation data and airports are among the 150 gigabytes that lie on the computer. Only data is pulled from servers for high environment quality settings. It's not a good way to mislead people if you don't understand.

Therefore, the pirate may well be if the protection is broken. Given the extreme hype, someone may well take on it.
