lol, why is that? at least some patch put, everything will be in place and playable.
Threw Seva, reinstalled Windows, again put the game download the onion writes the download Failed. Please check hard drive and try again

The save game:
C:/Documents and Settings/your user/Local Settings/Application Data/Rockstar Games/GTA IVsavegames\(the folder will begin with the word user_ and bunch of numbers)
Xlive profile(need to start saving)
C:/Documents and Settings/your user/Local Settings/Application Data/Microsoft/XLive/Content/(folder will be named with the letter E)
