Weird bug with textures (Fallout: New Vegas)

After I downloaded the build of TTF FOW there was a very strange bug with the texture sliders, someone knows how to fix it?

I also happened when I played fallout 3 first version + add-ons. Teksturki of indicator is not available. When does the addition of the brotherhood of Steel, I German was stuck at the beginning, just lia on the bed =)
