Can't log into the game (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I play in peace and decided that the graphics are bad and need to install the mod. After installing it I could not go in GTA and like thinking that everything will fix deleted files some and now can't log into the game. What do I do. The game is downloaded in 4-5 hours.

if a license it is best to take all pure and new download if the mod changed the original game files, especially if you didn't know what was removed

I have a pirate. I downloaded the mod and deleted some files and the game does not start.
