How to play with a resolution of 1280x1024 (Ultimate HD Edition) (Resident Evil 4)

The fact that I have an old monitor with a resolution of 1280x1024 and I can't play because I have black bars on top and bottom, in the usual version, this was not only in the Ultimate HD. Can someone give a precise explanation of how to remove these stripes in the config already tried the resolution change did not help!

Install the program Flawless Widescreen then run it and download a plug-in to Resident Evil 4 HD - all ! can play quietly. Strip you because the monitor format 5x4 and Ultimate HD Edition is basically the resolution of the 16x9 format.
