I Red Dead Online (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Playing on Xbox One. For some reason, the game always crashes at the beginning with character customization. Just crashes to the home screen, RDR2, and the menu Xbox. Anyone with the same problem encountered?

I have the same thing. Today I bought rdr2, trying to create a character and literally 10 seconds after selecting your character gender out. Just menu Xbox, then everything hangs and crashes again. I do not think whether the defective drive that I bought(((.
