The resolution of the game (Metro Exodus)

In short, the same garbage I had in all parts of the metro (what the subway!!). The game runs in a resolution of 3840 x 1080, and in game menu it does not change. Help((

I tried it with metro last light, and Exodus, but it doesn't work.
