Texture replacement police helicopter (Grand Theft Auto 5)

The texture changed, threw it to the path /update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64 levels gta5 vehicles.rpf
The Pope and the mods folder in the root of GTA 5. But the texture is not replaced, why?
