Pumping arms (Kingdom Come: Deliverance)

Watched various passing and saw that different people have different characteristics of the weapons... checked all on one sword, the sword of St. George.
I have a 87 87 3, these figures increase to 100+ or 200 like some of our players?
I know that some drugs give the increase, but he's not as strong and temporary.
Haven't found any guides in the game or the Internet...
