Patches the incentive?! (Metro Exodus)

Good Evening To All! And a question? Heard in the epic store,already released patch 1.02 and I have the incentive still 1.0,support will not be the incentive,no one is aware of? I have everything works flawlessly,just like promised developed that will support,but in fact it is not?

The patches released by the developers, and not publishers, I don't think they will harm the users of Steam. Though I also have version 1.0.0.0, but necessary patches are not yet felt.
