It unlocks the skill "Ancient arrowhead" (Ancient Arrowhead) in the menu of the player. Your stamina will be higher when you use a bow.

on the expense side quests in the camp come from them. They are all unique and with the passing sujecki lost.

Honestly, I'm of the uniqueness of them, did not notice. A few robberies, a few different raids and gang warfare ((( Long travels and other things... One blah-blah-blah....
