About synchronization of content from google photo to google drive

On google drive there is a folder in 2017 and 2018 which synchronize photos and videos from google photo made respectively in 2017 and 2018. I was asked to make 2019 a folder in google drive which will sync all photos and videos taken in 2019. How to do it ?
