Broken Inbox (it is impossible to fix) (My Time at Portia)

Was the quest with collectors I was evicted from Portia, the plot I broke my mailbox, however, even with the two boards, I can't fix it, because it's not popping up of the menu items: Yes; No. In fact, the game is broken, and further passage impossible. Maybe someone can help?
