Does not run SAMP/GTA sa (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

Screenshots can not do so as the game just doesn't give that , it all started yesterday when I downloaded a couple Cleo and installed them, it was still c-hud but I don't understand jackshit in this thread and could delete something important in the game but I doubt it. Here I go into SAMP understand that you need to create a new account, create and OPPAAA!! The game won't start -_- so as not to start the stupid process there is an icon as a running also , the game is open and it's not! And now, too, yesterday after a couple of hours but it runs ! In a small resolution and writes that the energy consumption (in task Manager) is very high, and always something she's there loading and does nothing I do can try to turn off the computer but it also does not make! Even the usual sa also reacts. Waiting for a speedy answer because I love SAMP but Samper , experience six months ;)
