Crashes on the splash screen (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Good day!
This problem with the inclusion of the game immediately freezes on the splash screen,but bypassed it by using fashion which the machine skips the Intro, but the problem hasn't gone anywhere and now in the quest, open sesame where roller-scenes about those with whom you have to say just get a flight!
Don't know what the problem is before the last patch, the game flew in the light!
Maybe someone knows how to get around the error or what that fix is
