Can't get the last gold block (LEGO Marvel's Avengers)

Can't take a gold block in Manhattan's Central Park. Block to be under the earth. Gathered 249 of the 250. The game was 99.9%. This unit can not pass 100%. Help. Does anyone know how to get to it or how to take.
