The problem with finding players (Mortal Kombat 11)

This problem ceased to find opponents in online matches, infinite search the games last time out of principle decided to check out, waited for about an hour and still, it was an endless search. This garbage is happening in all modes: League, just fight, king of the hill. The only reason because of what it could happen (I think) because of a new router, old one broke, it was replaced with a new one. The problem started plus minus about the same time, although the Internet works, in other games or resources where the Internet is used, problems were not, well, actually a confirmation of my conjecture in Google not found, so I ask for help or advice because of what it could be
