Hangs SIMS 4 (PC)

Hi all .
Played the Sims every day , And today went into the game click on your house(enter the game) and the diamond just hangs on the loading screen and have to rotate ..
This is the first ( waited more than an hour -even the hint is not updated all hanging )
Neither of which downloaded a couple of weeks on the PC , is antivirus on the PC ..

Video card (NVIDIA): nVidia GeForce® GTX 1060 6 GB
Mods when not used
And by the way, even the task Manager crash and freezes completely when trying offnote game - the only solution is restart PC
A pirate version.(don't want to take litsuhu with all DLC (toad strangling give 15K EA)
