A long wait ending (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

CRIS entered the tower, Heraclitus and Avallach was left outside , she found the source of cold and the plot is awesome to take further action and lasts for 20 minutes!!!!!!!came out in the console menu does not help.... afraid of pulling the drive start(((( what delaat????

I have a similar situation, but before playing in the snow with CRIS in the kaer Morhen. Solved the problem like this: loaded the game at an earlier point ( specifically before the battle ) when it deleted the save before playing in the snow. Beat battle and everything attached to it. Then it all went like clockwork :) what is the reason, I do not know.
PS I play on PC
