gigabyte AORUS B450 M

Friends, I'm not particularly good with computers so tell me - just bought this Mat.fee, and the manual says it supports 2-and 4-channel RAM as I understand simultaneous operation of 2 and 4 respectively, a RAM dies, but the money I have now is enough for only one bar respectively, the PC will not start with one strip of RAM on this Mat.Board?
