Share your experience of Kseon 5420

Hello,bought kseon 5420,put on the mother P5B SE but does not start.Comes to download O. s and returns to BIOS ,cooler running at high speeds.Had to turn off forcibly.According to the version of the BIOS update-1103,,latest,can need to have some microcode to add !?
