Truckers 2 lag on new PC (King of the Road)

Help!!! Decided to play their favorite game on a new computer, but at least the game runs, the game is a huge lag and freezes every second. But it is at maximum resolution (1024x768). When playing on lower resolutions in addition to lags and freezes there are also graphical glitches (missing textures, smeared across the screen, in addition, the transparent textures don't work (the frame around the trees and wheels)). PC features:
CPU - Intel Celeron G1620 (2.7 GHz, dual core)
Graphics card - Intel HD Graphics (built in, uses 256 MB of RAM)
Mat. Board - MSI H61M-P31/W8
Memory is Hunix 2gb 1600 MHz (running on 1333)
OS - Windows 8.1 32 bit
