Not work fashion (Fallout 4)

Version of the game 1.10.162.
1) Set F4Se for my version of the game.
2) Spent all manipulations with files . ini in the My documents folder.
3) Previously I was playing Fallout 4 with mods, all mods always put through Nexus mod manager. And everything worked.
4) All mods downloaded from Nexus, but the Nmm itself, where it disappeared, it was replaced by Vortex. Put means fashion through the Vortex, but in the game nothing works.
5) Tried Mod Organazier 2.2.0, put the mods through it also did not work.
Generally before Nmm put all mods in the root folder with the game, and now Vortex and MO create a separate folder by name, fashion, fashion will not be put in the root of the game, tobish in the Data folder.
How to solve the problem or am I missing something?
