In General,the essence of the problem.I play on low settings,without smoothing,the sketches,etc. Only the portrayal of the characters is slightly better than the minimum salary.And actually, my computer pulls the game even on medium with antialiasing and max details,but only in enclosed spaces,or what the realties field.But I will be closer to downtown Boston...It's terrible.At locations like the house caboto,sailboat of constitucin,or Mass Fusion frieze every 5 seconds,about one minute.Even on low and with optimized texture pack.The computer furiously sawing hard disk.One minute can be so much data to convey...Certainly not for two very exciting..cleaning the Computer from dust,viruses,junk.While helps nothing.In the field or in closed buildings with 40-50 fps.The city's 150 frames per minute,not more.Anyone playing on a similar config?Still bad?
Well, in order:
1. Little RAM.
2. Ready Boost is not a panacea.
3. A swap file. 100GB well, where then? ;) The game quickly will not work from it. Anyway nothing work faster will not. Have no more than x2 amount of operatives.
4. Video weak.

And Yes, the game itself is optimized.

I can say that the game is tied to V-sync and timer, but know that all who are in the subject.

well before,in the 90-ies of the paging file is solved.If I run overdadige programs,vinda will fly on a blue screen and it will work.Here the same principle.What would the fallout not fail from lack of memory.While Yes,100 GB is certainly overkill

After the equals sign put the desired fps. If you have enabled vertical now, or just locked the fps at 60, then put there number 59. Here I wrote 69, but my fps to unlimited and now it is not necessary.
