Chapter 6. After Verse 3 battle, go back to the place with the Witch Statue.
Near the door where you came from there's an Alfheim portal, enter it.
Inside Alfheim, keep going and you'll see the crow sitting on the rail to the left. Unfortunately, you can't grab it unless you complete the Alfheim first. This Alfheim is about successfully kill an enemy with a Torture Attacks for 7 times.
There's 3 wave of enemies here. The 1st wave consists of 4 burning Affinities and 1 burning Ardor. The 2nd wave consists of 1 burning Ardor and 2 Fairness. The 3rd wave consists of 3 Joy angels.
The strategy for this Alfheim is get away from the enemies, use Taunt to fills up your magic gauge. Since there are 5 enemies for the 1st wave and they're fairly easy to fight, you must successfully execute 5 TAs against them.
For the 2nd wave, you should be able to pull the last 2, but if you had trouble against the Fairness, you can do it later against the angels Joy. This Alfheim test is very hard, you may need to retry a couple of times before you finally complete it.
