Infinite loading in new game (Fallout 4)

Played on the old version of the game 1.9.4.0.1. Worked fine in principle, but many of the mods on this version did not work. Decided to download the latest 1.10.6 but download old sohranki was not possible, they are not working, a new game just leads to endless download. Even the official version decided to buy, but the problem followed me there. Who knows how to solve it? Through a third-party conservation also does not work, they fly.
