Prisoners often try to escape (RimWorld)

Need help almost every 2 game of the week is escape . Every inmate lives alone in cells of normal size and temperature , with a maximum or a similar level of happiness . Half even no hands . Can anyone advise how you can reduce the frequency of escapes , or to say what else is affected ? Or, in an extreme case , maybe there is a mod to reduce shoots ?
