Bug? (Mafia 2)

What kind of bug in the game.When the engine breaks down,press E to fix it.Vito opens the hood,fixes,gets in the car and it still does not go.What the hell?

I saw that many bugs are eliminated by reload last mission, try it
and so, quite strange to watch such on the fifth patch.
