Change language (Gears 5)

Can't change the language that is installed through the Microsoft Store, the system was not in Russian, now everything is in Russian, game runs in eng. In the file .ini came put EN without a difference. On the eng. forums write that the game is swinging from all the languages, but how do I enable it I just don't know.
