How to remove saving? (Resident Evil 2)

If licensed,the following:
1) In game settings turn off Steam Cloud synchronization.
2) Delete the folder 883710 the path Steam\userdata\
3) Log into the game and create a clean preservation.
4) Back to cut the Steam Cloud and on 'synchronization',upload to the cloud save with a new PC.

P. S
Separately, the save cannot be deleted,as with the previous parts.
Pirates do not use - for me personally it is not convenient to use TORRENT Edition.

If you look at the label of any game from Steam after you install,the description is incomprehensible set of numbers - these numbers are the folder with the save for this game.
