Why not?! I played with 32 bit system, the Computer - COMPAQ CPU - AMD Athlon II 2X, graphics Card - NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 2GB, RAM - 6GB, HDD - 1 TB. and with these settings. I played fine, even graphics could be set almost at maximum.
