DirectX12 is not included (Resident Evil 2)

In the settings of the inactive row select DirectX (cannot be selected is forcibly dx11).
Vidyaha 1070ti, win10, DX is updated to the latest version, in The shadow of tomb raider and BF5 DX12 works. What the F====CK???

With DirectX12 performance is much worse than DirectX11. Look at the tests on youtube.

Like in the main menu you could only select 12.
