ps4 and patches (Pro Evolution Soccer 2019)

I read a lot of reviews about the licenses in PES. Some write: License no - the game sucks. Others wrote: Just a couple of clicks and put the patch where all the way through with the licenses. Even the type of the developers know, kind of officially. And even on the ps4 everything is there...
Well I bought a DOG to Sonya. I was looking for these patches via PSstore..not found. Went climbing on Google, pop out of the pile of patches, one better than the other..which one to choose do not understand. There are on the ps4 like there's more to dance with a tambourine it is necessary.
Duc what for me is the need? Or is there a patch on ps4, just I search are not able ? A patch that would put without problems, like officially, with all logos, names, forms.
