Problems with the new launcher (Stellaris)

Hello - I decided to go back to Stellaris and downloaded the 2.5.1 version of the game with mods. But for some reason the new launcher does not see the fashion, why?

P. S Mods installed in the Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/Mod Folder and Workshop
