Grandfather Hotabycha
For those who are on Win10 and wants to Direct3D and not OpenGL helps poor 64-bit ut2004.exe but it hat.
So here goes: https://yadi.sk/d/knfs6WK63KjDKq Liba -- to run using DirectX9 DirectX8. To throw in the System.
It flies in ut2004.ini should be like this:
[Engine.Engine]
RenderDevice=D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=D3D9Drv.D3D9RenderDevice
;RenderDevice=OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=Engine.NullRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=PixoDrv.PixoRenderDevice

If a few FPS, then look enbseries.ini
I have a setup of 180 at max speed
