20-30 fps (Phoenix Point)

Hey, guys!
Initially, the game was flying in 60pfs, but at a certain point during the fight fps was squander to 20-30fps.
Disabled vertical sync - zero effect.

I even changed the resolution to 800*600, but fps still jumps in the 50fps area.
What could be the problem?

I have a Radeon Vega64, Intel Core i7-6900K, 64Gb ram, game installed on Samsung NVMe 960pro
The same XCOM2 I have in 4K resolution at maximum speed is, and then graphics and so miserable and so more fps is low...

Turn off your antivirus.
Unplug everything unnecessary from USB.
Increase the page file to 8 GB.
Put lowest graphics settings.
