Crashes after splash screen (The Binding of Isaac)

I bought the incentive pack game and all DLC. Start, everything is fine. Downloading mods from the workshop, receive achievements, cards. Today I go - after splash screen a white screen for 10 seconds and game crashes. So every time. All day looking for a way can't find. And I go to a forum, do as it says and everything works. Get out of the game, 10 minutes back. And the same thing. Over and over again the same flight. Tried and search for the faulty files and the like, did not help. So experts, how to solve this problem?
