Found strange, never meet the lever. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Followed the form of a cat and saw this lever, after clicking all the dark and nothing happens. I tried to match it with the quest in this house, too.

This quest Cheese and Dark forces, your video is even seen as it is updated. But the lever seems to be generally purely as decoration goes.

There's dungeons, and this lever opens a portal to teleport to the dungeon. Once go in quest of this cave, exit through the portal in this place. Then you can lower the lever and the seats will be the portal through which you can go back into the dungeon.
