Smooth aiming (Resident Evil 2)

I'm not the only one feeling a strange mouse input while aiming? Well, that is not very convenient behavior of the mouse. Like built running some moderator or something. In the control settings slow I set on low (left shifted). Kind of like this shit. Does anyone know why is this even necessary? Tried to do more than 0 - there is terrible. Shit.

Yes, sort of. The feeling that the slower you move the mouse the slower it moves. Sounds stupid, but it's like acceleration mouse, just the opposite.

Weird. The entire game (until Leon) went on hadshot, on the strength of just 15, maximum 20 missed. Sight in the game behaved perfectly. Like as not, Yeah, check just in case.

For those who in the tank: I have no problems to get in your head in 10 of 10 cases. But I feel some kind of like dead zone of the mouse too slow the mouse movements. Like artificially slow. For example in RE7 was not such a problem. Although the aim was not just due to the specifics of the engine and enemies.
