The increase in population (Cities: Skylines)
The population is declining. What are the factors that affect it, and to what extent? Or stupidly it is necessary to increase the living areas. The same question, 20% of the map marked residential area, 10% heavy industry 5% to 7% in Commerce, all schools(all types), gender.stations, fire station, hospital, parks...water, Electricity, Disposal of all right - of Houses, probably only 3% of Marked areas.
The city badly in Debt, that's the problem?
1. Look at the needs in different areas and build coming out of this.
2. Don't put a bunch of all municipal buildings, close to the time uresei budget.
Actually, without pictures and details hard to say.
I don't quite understand.
1. Look at the needs in different areas and build coming out of this.
how to see the need in a certain area?
ARTFL
Downstairs has 3 columns: green(living area), yellow(industry), blue(Commerce) - they show the need in certain areas. And you need to dance.

This can be done when you want to make the area of specialization (agriculture, mining, forestry), it is already there dance from graphics resources.
I have 114 hours played and still can not understand what affects population growth. I'm a big plus for the money, everyone is happy, no special tubes, build what they want. And still at one point stands up or begins to decrease. And then just as suddenly begins to grow up. One I can say for sure what determines growth?
When ALL is well and you have a high percentage of educated population, but the city is not growing (and even decreases slightly) you just have to dramatically increase the number of office buildings. Not for that.

Very often it happens in a sharp start of the city: if he is from the beginning grows very quickly, then the death of citizens occurs at certain periods, and that there are distortions. If there are no problems, they usually jump from that. Although can't say for sure
