AMD Error - the video driver was disabled and restored (Resident Evil 2)
Who has that kind of errors (Jumps in fps from 60 to 20 (friezes-logotron powerful fidak) BSOD with a reboot, the video driver was disabled and was restored)If anyone had such errors, who are both eliminated? Leave feedback please...

Video card driver demolished under the net by using Iobit Uninstaller for example.Reinstall again.
The configuration of the system would do well to learn.

put beta driver 19.1.2 (they added RE2) and delete the previous one using the Display Driver Uninstaller. it will clean out everything related to AMD completely. about the top comments not sure.

This could be not only due to driver bugs, but due to the lack of power the PSU.
