Mod world of variety 5.1.2 (Grand Theft Auto 5)

There is a GTA V v1.0.1493.0-offline 1.44-online, pirates online (not interested). After installation world_of_variety and replace the relevant Config file v16.0 For v 1.0.1493.0(gameconfig.xml) the game either gives an error at startup or just endlessly loaded(tried the file gameconfig.xml not to change, the same thing happens). What could be wrong? The game crumble it is after installing the mod world of variety! With other versions of this mod the same thing! Please tell me how to be, what to do? Can someone link to the correct version will, I would be very grateful!
