Conflict with gta 5 (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

In General, the problem of the following nature.

Is gta san andreas runs perfectly, no crashes and other things that interfere with play. As soon as I put GTA 5, SAN Andreas doesn't run at all. (passes the initial video at the beginning and, on the departure). Helps nothing: neither setting compatibility, no drivers updated, no reinstall or turn off antivirus and other forms of protection... anything but removal of GTA 5. Then San works as if nothing had happened.

How can I fix that and GTA 5 are mounted and to San Andreas working?
